Hilton Garden-inn
Hotels and tourist resorts are among the sectors that we excel in designing in Afyaa office. The Hilton Tabuk Hotel project is one of the projects in which we worked from the design phase to the planning phase and supervising for construction works. The Hilton Hotel is one of the most prominent hotels in the city of Tabuk.
Park Mall
We project managed and supervised the project, which is the largest commercial center in the north of the Kingdom. With an area of 165,000 square meters, a rental area of approximately 75,000 square meters, and 2,500 car parking spaces, the project includes the first cinema hall in the Tabuk region, a distinctive entertainment area, and international and local restaurants.
Duba City Centre Development Plan
Duba Governorate on the Red Sea coast is one of the most important stations of the coastal road, and the port plays a prominent role in the global trade and tourism movement in light of its proximity to mega projects (NEOM, the Red Sea and Amala).we designed the development plan for the city center of Duba and made studies and designs for the waterfront on the Corniche.
